This branding project was developed for Cumbrian Hills, a property development initiative focused on sustainable, eco-conscious townhomes. The visual identity was crafted to reflect the core values of green living, community, and modern elegance.

The stationery package includes a custom-designed letterhead, business card, and envelope—all built around a clean, two-colour palette. A rich navy blue was chosen to evoke trust, professionalism, and stability, while a vibrant green complements it by symbolizing growth, sustainability, and environmental harmony. The restrained colour use reinforces the brand’s minimal, nature-forward philosophy while maintaining a polished corporate presence.

This cohesive set was designed to convey both credibility and care for the environment—helping Cumbrian Hills stand out in the competitive real estate market while remaining true to its eco-friendly mission.
